Tax Rate Budgeted for the past two years and this year - the tax rate has been steady at .40 cents per $100 valuation for years ending in 2020, 2021, 2022. The adopted current budget year ending in 2023 is .39 cents $100 valuation.
Tax Revenue - based on the market valuations, the tax levy has been as follows:
2023 - $250,000
2024 - $325,000
Debt Service -The Flying L PUD does not have any debt through 2021 however, we are entering into a lease agreement for new generators. So effective November 2021, the PUD will have a lease obligation of $185,000 over a 10 period. The PUD board is implementing an $10 per month fee for all residents with water to pay the lease.
Tax rate for debt service does not exist at the PUD.
